Eat a healthy meal, stay hydrated, and
get proper rest before donating. After donation, rest for a
few minutes, drink fluids, and avoid heavy exercise for the
day.
It depends on the type of medication.
Some may require a waiting period. Our staff will evaluate and
guide you accordingly during the pre-donation check.
